Senior Executive, Ticket Sales - Greenville Drive (Greenville, SC)
We are looking for an individual who wants to be a leader for our team. Our organization operates in one of the finest ballparks in the country located in one of the most desirable cities. We have set attendance records for baseball in our region in each of the past three seasons and we are looking for a special individual who wants to build on our successful foundation. The Senior Executive, Ticket Sales will be an integral part of our management team who has clear input on decisions relative to the future of the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Hiring, retention and professional development of ticket sales staff.
• Develop and implement budget and ticket sales business plan.
• Provide continual sales training and motivation of ticket sales and service personnel.
• Implement new & renewal ticket sales initiatives relating to season, partial and group ticket sales.
• Oversee the development and implementation the team customer services and retention department.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining an outstanding sales culture relying on proactive outbound efforts and high activity
• Generate daily and monthly sales reports for senior executive management.
• Determine annual ticket pricing & benefit packages.
• Investigate new technologies to improve ticket sales efforts .
Qualifications:

• Four plus (4+) years ticket sales management experience.
• Successful track record of achieving departmental goals and creating culture of accountability.
Total compensation is based on experience and sales ability. The position also includes base salary, possible commissions based on achievement, full health benefits.
