Marketing & Creative Service Coordinator - Charleston RiverDogs (Charleston, SC)

The RiverDogs are seeking a full-time marketing coordinator who will work directly with the assistant GM to execute the club's marketing objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Graphic design responsibilties in creating and executing creative content for in-stadium use, social media, marketing & advertising. 
  • Execute the club's social media presence and programming
  • Assist in execution of media buy and manage relationships with media partners
  • Work closely with promotions department in developing promotional ideas and executing promtotional support

A qualified candidate will have significant experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other like programs. Video editing experience is a plus. Good candidates will also have experience in overseeing social media platforms in a professional setting. Experience with web deisgn -- and specifically with MLBAM's Homebase platform is a plus.

Ticket Services Coordinator - Lakewood BlueClaws (Lakewood, NJ)

Job Summary – Essential Functions

The Ticket Sales Coordinator assists the Ticket Sales Manager and department directors as well as providing support to the ticket and group sales managers.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Create group prospect letters & ticket package / group proposal templates.
  • Responsible for processing all group contracts.
  • Assist and support directors and sales managers with client account maintenance.
  • Pulling un-paid groups & overdue deposits and distributing them to appropriate rep for follow up calls.
  • Facilitate Will Call during all BlueClaws home games.
  • Produce Ticket Department Game Day Sheets.
  • Assist Ticket Operations Manager with post-game/year long group revenue sheets reports.
  • Create the weekly group sales report.
  • Produce pre and post-game hospitality food reports.
  • Supervise the ticket package / group referral programs.
  • Assist with all ticket package and group renewal mailers.
  • Other duties and assignments designated by Vice President of Ticket Sales, Director of Group Sales and Director of Ticket Sales.

Education and Experience Requirements


·         Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge, experience and professional training.


·         Minimum one year in a similar position, preferably with experience using TicketReturn software.
